1. Will I be locked into a long-term contract?

While we highly recommend doing at least 3 mailings in a row to get the benefit of repetition. There are no long term contracts required to advertise in the directory. But just remember, if you decide not to advertise with us your competitor probably will, locking you out.

 

2. Do I need to provide my own design?

Our design team can create a design for you, or you can supply your own designs using our dimensions. When supplying your own design we will need a copy of your logo (vector), coupon offer, contact information, and anything else you would like to be seen on the ad.

 

3. How many homes receive the directory?

Every month we mail out 20,000 copies of the House and Home Directory to homeowners right here in the Queen Creek/San Tan Valley area.

 

4. When will the next magazine be mailed out?

The magazine starts arriving at homes the first Thursday of every month (excluding holidays). Please keep in mind that we do deliver magazines to tens of thousands of homes and it does take time for our magazines to reach all the homes

 

5. What area is The HomeTown Saver mailed?

 The House and Home Directory is mailed to homes in the beautiful Queen Creek/San Tan Valley area.

 

6. How often is House and Home Directory mailed?

 The House and Home Directory is mailed monthly.

 

7. Who should advertise in the HomeTown Saver?

The House and Home Directory is the perfect marketing vehicle if you sell a product or service that relates to home improvement, remodeling, maintenance, decorating or design.
